TruCare exists to save and change lives in Jesus’ name by sharing life-affirming solutions to issues surrounding unplanned pregnancy, with the intention of seeing babies born and people reborn.

how we serve

We seek to practically meet women in the moment of their need when facing an unplanned pregnancy by providing free medical, emotional, spiritual, educational, and material support. Many of our clients are considering abortion, and we share the truth about that option as well as the love of Jesus in order to support women in choosing abundant life for their babies (through parenting or adoption) and themselves (through a saving relationship with Jesus Christ).
